THEIR CONTEXT
When we first started to work with CVA, their Communication & Engagement team wanted to:
Consolidate their social media management processes into a simple and efficient system,
Increase their number of corporate partnership interests and enquiries,
Build a social media content strategy that could incorporate educational posts, their work with current corporate and governmental partners, and highlight their wonderful volunteers,
And finally, put their significant email list to use with organisational news and partnership promotions twice a month (newsletter creation).
OUR SOLUTION
Any project manager in the organisation could write a social media post and publish it without prior knowledge of current campaigns, conflicting partnership announcements, etc. We immediately implemented our Notion Dashboard, which helped streamline the ideation, creation, approval, and scheduling phases.
By putting together a clear content strategy for CVA, we were able to diversify the types of content shared every week and not only promote the conservation efforts the volunteers and project managers were doing but also promote other activities at CVA (partnerships, app activities, educational pieces, etc.).
In less than a year, the number of impressions, profile visits, and interactions significantly increased by simply using organic posts (no paid ads) across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The Engagement & Communication team also mentioned to us that they were receiving one qualified corporate partnership enquiry per week since onboarding Green Socials.
